On August 8th, ASCE Richmond Branch held its monthly board meeting where the formal transfer of power took place. The ceremony included the outgoing President, Kohltan Heiter, swearing in the elected members; the incoming President, Paige Lazar, swearing in the board chairs; and the recognition of last year’s officers who have stepped down from their positions. The next board meeting will be the yearly planning meeting.
