2019 Popsicle Stick Bridge Contest

About the Event:

ASCE Richmond is excited to announce that registration for the 2019 Popsicle Stick Bridge Contest is now open!  The contest will take place on Sunday, February 17th at the Science Museum of Virginia.

This contest (PSBC for short) gives students the opportunity to design and build their very own bridges and put them to the test to see how much weight they can hold!  Many different prizes are available, and it’s a great way to get them excited about science and engineering.

Please register your team through the Google form below.  Only 1 registration is required per team.  All you need is: names of each team member, their school name, and a parent & teacher contact for the team.  If your team includes both middle and high schoolers, please register under the High School Division.  Lastly, if your team info needs to be updated after submitting the form, please contact Hillary Siegall (contact below).

We look forward to seeing you at the contest.  Happy building!

If you haven’t already, please check out photos from the event on our Gallery page.
