The presentation is from the December 2020 Technical Meeting presented by Martha Gross, P.E. With the HRBT Expansion project having achieved Notice to Proceed in September 2020, construction activities will soon be ramping up throughout the entire ten-mile corridor.  Martha Gross will provide an update not only on project status but also on novel aspects of the subsurface engineering, super-sized construction, and innovative means-and-methods for bringing this project from concept to reality.
