Join Eli Wright, Senior Environmental Scientist with Timmons Group, for a discussion on navigating major natural resource constraints in Virginia with a focus on initial site due diligence work and early planning to help avoid project delays.

Speaker Bio: Eli Wright is a Senior Environmental Scientist with Timmons Group, located in Richmond Virginia. He earned a M.S. in Environmental Science from Christopher Newport University in 2015 and since then has worked as a consultant on various natural resources projects across the Commonwealth and the Mid-Atlantic region. Eli partners with both public and private sector clients to navigate natural resource planning through wetland & stream delineations, Section 401/401 permitting, protected species assessments, NEPA requirements, and compliance with state and local regulations. Eli is a Professional Wetland Scientist, a Virginia certified Professional Wetland Delineator, and ISA Certified Arborist. He currently serves as President of the Virginia Association of Wetland Professionals (VAWP) and is a Board Member on the Flora of Virginia Project.
